The Bellingham Technical College home inspection training course, next offering begins in October, includes 40 hours of supervised field training. We keep the groups small during field training and, if need be, we divide into two groups with two field training instructors each day.
The next Fundamentals of Home Inspection course, and the accompanying field training, begins on campus at Bellingham Technical College on Monday, October 17, 2011.
The classroom fundamentals training (mandated 120 hour course) and the 40 hours of approved field training prepare the student to sit for the state licensing exam.
