Nice report and a great example where developers can also build a green neighborhood.
Judy, Rebecca's Landing is truly a great development! Green is good, we know that. Have a fantastic week!
Good morning, Judy....too often we see developers prepare a site the easy way....with no thought....they remove every tree and have wide open space to move their equipment around....they'll plant a few small trees after construction is complete....you're developers are doing it right and more should follow their lead.
Times have changed and your post is proof. Thanks for letting us share it with you.
Thanks Fernando! These communities are pretty special.
Andrea - Yes, Green is good in more ways than one! Hope you have a great week too.
Barbara - You have represented many developers, hopefully they have planned with care as well.
Terri - Yes, times have changed and hopefully things will continue to improve as time goes on.
Love the pine trees. I always wanted to live in a pine forest, but it never worked out. I do have a couple of pine trees in my back yard though.
Russel - Not too hard to figure out why they came up with the name "The Pinehills" for the development. :)
