Funny, you should mention mangoes.  The traffic was very slow going into town.  Ahead of us was a truck of mangoes to be deliveried, it was a small truck and I could see the mango boxes.  When we got to the maket, they were delivering them. A

I did not know that.  We usually buy all our fruit :organic and in season, otherwise we pass...we have gotten ornery about that, and since we have the markets year round,, and in 7 places during the week, we are so spoiled and I can do that. A

So glad your fruit is great as it is here.  The amish donut sounds fabulous, and I nlove your amibition.  I plan to make fruit desserts, but the fruit ends up getting eaten before we get to it. LOL. A
