Want to Live Longer? Floss Your Teeth and Laugh ~ Take the ‘Living to 100’ Quiz
Are we so busy that we forgot about our health? A simple thing like flossing doesn't seem like a big task but can lead to major trouble. See where you fit in with the chart below on Barbara's blog. Get your appointments set to see where your numbers are. Oh! and don't forget your pets need their checkups also.
Yes, medical research suggests that flossing your teeth reduces inflammation which can diminish the plaque in your arteries and possibly add years to your life.
I am a workaholic. Always have been. I can’t change now. It’s too late, and it’s just a part of my personality.
However, I do try to take care of myself as best I can, but do fall short in some areas like exercise, eating, and relaxation.
I took a little quiz today on livingto100.com and found that my life expectancy was 92! Well, that’s not too shabby. It also had some feedback on how I can improve that score.
My biggest downfall was work. No surprise there. I was told to cut back on my work hours to add 3 years to my life. Other areas of improvement included managing stress, getting more sleep, and watching my intake of sweets and carbs.
These are all things I am aware of and I know need improvement. Just seeing it in black and white though kind of drove it home again and refreshed my memory a bit.
I need to exercise more and work less. I know it! I have just been reminded again! I am going to do something about it.
Would you like to calculate YOUR life expectancy? Take the simple 40-question quiz today. It does ask for your birth date. Just put in something close. The survey takes only about 5 minutes and you get immediate results.
It just might get you motivated to make some improvements in your lifestyle which will have an impact on improving your health and increasing your life expectancy.
If you think you’re up for the 100 year milestone, here are some tips that might get you there.

Now I have to go floss my teeth after I ate a nutritious lunch then go take my dog for a walk. Even though it’s a mixed bag of weather today and a little gloomy, I am happy to be healthy and able to write this post.
Hmm….think I just added to my longevity. Ha ha……and always, ALWAYS remember to
