Buying and selling a home requires a lot of compromising. Not only do you have to agree to purchase or sell your home a price and terms, the other party has to agree it to too otherwise it won’t come together. Just because you want something, it doesn’t always mean that you are going to get it.Sometimes it can be difficult to come to a meeting of the minds and the transaction won’t come together for a matter of hundreds or couple of thousand dollars., or such a trivial item such as a washer & dryer. One of the most important things is to look at the big picture of what the move is, such as will an extra $10 a month on my mortgage kill my budget if you have to increase the offer $2000 otherwise the seller won’t sell you their home and if fixing items that are basic home maintenance projects, such as changing light bulbs or caulking, otherwise the buyer will walk away. I have seen potential moves fall apart over a lighting fixture. You have to ask yourself it if it worth going forward or not if it seems like things are stuck in a stand still situation where it appears that no one is looking to move their position. It doesn’t really matter what I think about about the particular issue is, since I am not the one trying to buy or sell a home, but I am here to listen and offer a few different ideas on the situation to help you lead to a course of action that you feel comfortable with.
The real questions comes done to is if you really want to move or not.Only you can make that decision. I am here to help make everything smooth and have both of the parties come to agreement if you decide that you want to move, while working on my side’s behalf, so that you & the other party of the transaction feel good about what they are doing & that your sale or purchase comes to a successful closing.
