All it takes is the right mind set and this quote helps us stay in the "right" mind set. Met a man last week who is 96 years old and still as sharp as a tack. Mows his own grass, works in his own lawn. It was just amazing and a real eye opening experience. You are only as old as you feel - THINK YOUNG!
