I was curious what segment of the market was more active. Where are buyers coming from and what Price range. Looking at the MLS statistics heres what I found.

Westboro active listings total  - 64 homes . On deposit 14 Homes. On deposit as opposed to solds gives me a better picture of whats happening over the past 30 days. Of these 14 homes 10 are under $480,000. and 1 at  $520,000 and 3 in the $600's. No activity over $700,000.
