Hi All I just joined BananaTude and I've just been on Active Rain for about 11 days...I love it and I'm hooked :) I'm also a Rookie Agent, so much to learn and do. I only have my first commission under my belt and it was a rental and went very well, ending with a very happy client. So I'm a Property Virgin :) Can't wait to meet my first Client re: buyer/seller and hopefully build a lifelong friendship.
