Grace Lutheran School, Sandy Utah: Back to School Picnic.  Todays the day Grace School opens its doors for all students pk3- 8th grade.   Drop off this morning was CRAZY, the parking lot was full and there was a buzz in the air.  Everyone was dressed nice in their new uniforms, ready to start their first day back. Our new principal Mrs. Neward was meeting and greeting everyone.  Parents were taking pictures of their kids off to the first day of school while others were dropping off their older ones and running off to work.

So tonight is our official kick off for the 2011-2012 school year!  thanks for our fabulous PTL we are having a back to school picnic.  Starting at 6:00 pm there will be hot dogs, chips, drinks and fun activities. *if you haven't signed up to rsvp please let the school know asap

The PTL has setup a bounce house for all the young ones and sno-cones for all

They have asked that you bring one can of food per student to be donated to the Utah food bank. (this will get your kid a free dress day)

They will also be collecting all the box tops you have been saving all summer.  Bring 10 to the picnic and get a free sno cone!

Remember if you have friends, family , neighbors that are still trying to find a school for this year we would love for them to come check us out! Call the front office for more information or to schedule a tour 801.572.3793

Best wishes to all and hope to all the families of Grace Lutheran School! See ya tonight
