Julia Maher of Nestings Home Staging in Fairfield CT wrote an excellent post about Real Estate Jeopardy. Are you putting the sale of your home in jeopardy by not showing the possibilities and purpose of your rooms? This is especially true for unusually shaped rooms or over-sized rooms.

Make sure that if you're selling your home Buyers will know what they're looking at!

Hello, everyone! Thank you so much for being here today! My name is Alix Tribecca, and I'm your host for "Real Estate Jeopardy"!

Ivy: Uh...Hello - it's empty - how do I know? What is the dining room?

Alix: WRONG!

Bud: What bowling alley is that?

Alix: WRONG!

Sally: What is a living room? A bedroom? I know - what is my office? An exercise room? A bathroom? A kitchen? The garage? Don't tell me it's a bathroom! I don't know, it looks so small!!! A butler's pantry? The wine cellar? A nursery? Is that a fan? I hate ceiling fans!!! Somebody tell me what this room is!!! I don't have a clue!!!
