The Community of Huntcliff on the Chattahoochee is located in the City of Sandy Springs/Atlanta, Fulton County GA 30350. Tucked along the Chattahoochee River and Bull Sluice Lake. The Neighborhood has 3,800 feet of river frontage and 55 acres of land along the river, 33 acres of natural buffer which cannot be built on.

Homes surround the 36 holes of the Cherokee Country Club, which was established in 1955, before the neighborhood was established. Homes built in Huntcliff between 1966 to 2010+. There are 450+/- homes currently built. The community has a unique area for horse stables and riding facilitis along the Chattahoochee River in the flood plain.
