The american dream, we all want it. The car, the family the HOUSE! Many consumers solicit realtors and mortgage professionals alike, qualified or not. Typically mortgage professional will try to get a non qualified borrower to qualify. How? by referring them to unscrupulous credit repair companies. If the results are not favorable this client, credit company have not only wasted their time but the title company, the seller, and most importantly YOURS! This article may save everyone time and money!

Hey there, Thank you for the advice the other day. I tried calling your office today to let you know that my client tried what you said and they sent a letter removing the account, (you must be busy!) What do I do now? how can I get it off the report, it is still on the one I pulled......

I am glad I could help. I am sorry i could not get your call today I was extremely busy. To answer your question, the traditional way is to send that letter into the bureau with a dispute to have the report corrected. However this typically takes 30-45 days. Your best bet is to see if the company you pull credit through has a rapid rescore mechanism. It may costy a few bucks but you will typically see an update within 48-72 hours.....Call me tomorrow and I will guide you through it.
