Jim, just curious...will Sun City ever remove the capital improvement of $3,000?
seems restrictive and counter productive to me. Has is it hurt values there?
Linda: I would say no they will always have the fee! All of the adult communities have a fee. I do think it is a very heavy fee and it could be hurting the lower end homes and condos. Some look at a $75,000 home and a $3000 fee is to steep and they don't want to pay.
