Yup. It's official... I have joined the ranks of J-Heeps with a little help (and a lot of hilarity) from my V-Peeps who had me drooling with envy while laughing in the virtual Facebook isles. We are about to become the Author Street Team From Hell (evil grin) and I am proud to be an urban fantasy card carrying minion of all things Jeannie Holmes (happy silly grin).
According to her Amazon bio: "Jeannie Holmes fears spiders, large bodies of water, and bad weather, which completely explains why she moved from the backwoods of southwestern Mississippi to the Alabama Gulf Coast where she lives with her husband and four neurotic cats."
Hmm... I will admit to being hooked on the fascinating reference regarding "neurotic cats" and being a Curious George kinda gal really, really, really wanted to be Facebook friends (and a card carrying J-Heep bookie minion - LOL). Pssst... we are and I am (Note: doing the snoopy happy dance wiggle because she's funny, mad kwel and a sizzling hawt writer).
Am I trying to make you jealous with my fun, intellectually-drop-dead-gorgeous social media friends? Well... um... heck yeah... Duh? There is no point in being in social media if you are not going to be social (silly grin). Why do you think the ActiveRain Group Club Chaos has a Monarch butterfly as it's icon? It is because we are unique social media butterflies. ;-)
Don't fret. You can get in on the social media/reading action too. I am inviting you on this romp of an adventure because Jeannie is mad cool and really the person answering you live in her social media accounts. Nothing beats the real deal people. Blood Secrets is book two, so you have to read Blood Law first. Like investigators you can sink your teeth into? You are going to love the Alexandria Sabian character. Alex has a way of giving the the Federal Bureau of Preternatural Investigation a run for it's paranormal money (LOL).
