WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON WITH REAL ESTATE?

I was a business conference in San Diego a couple of weeks ago.  The company that held the conference, Buffini and Company, is in my opinion the best there is.  Dave Ramsey, who some have likely heard of, was a speaker at the conference.  He said "real estate is on sale" and I am buying lots of it as it will be worth MILLIONS more in the future. I wholeheartedly agree!  Now is one of the best times EVER to purchase real estate, either as a first time home buyer, move up buyer, or investor. For those who purchase in today's market, I am confident you will be looking back being thankful you did.

Good news doesn't sell.  So most of the programming in television and in the papers talks of the negatives.  But negativity is not what is going to improve America's economic situation, and the truth of the matter is that not all the data is negative.  Below is some information you may find interesting,  provided by Buffini and Company...

• Mortgage interest rates are at the lowest level in 30 years.

• Property is more affordable now than it has been in 40 years.

• 91.2% of mortgages are current - and only 3.75% are in foreclosure.

• 87% of Americans who bought a home in the past year expect to easily meet their mortgage repayment obligations in the next year.

• Two-thirds of Americans say that now is the best time to buy.
