OK, I didn't spend that much money out of my pocket. Actually, I paid $78 for all of it!
Yes, you read that right. Through price matching and using coupons I was able to hundreds of items for little or now cost to me. In four different shopping trips we were able to collect the items. Shopping trip #1 (photo below) was when I paid out of pocket, the next 3 were free and I actually got money back!
My husband's company is always doing some type of charity drive and we now are able to participate and donate even more than before by shopping smarter.
If you are interested in saving money for yourself or how to shop for charity, visit Frugal Ferret to learn more. This is a website I set up for couponing and all the proceeds from affiliate links will be used to buy items for charity. Currently, we are working on getting a 501(c)3 set up to donate the money to and to be able to collect other donations and in kind support from others.
Check out our coupon database to see what coupons you can print before you go shopping (not all coupons come from a Sunday paper insert.)

That is awesome! If only the government were that frugal!
I forgot to mention that I send unused and expired coupons overseas to the military. They can use them 6 months past the expired date. If you have any to share, inbox me and I will send my mailing address. We will sort them and pay the postage to ship to a base that can use them.
