I wish to dedicate this video to the people who think that a nice vacation is one where they make up stories about how they have billionaire fathers inorder to see ALL of the most expensive houses in a five-state area.  A waste of time you say?  YES!  But how do you sniff them out?  Ask them for copies of their ID before you hit the road...if they balk...let them go...tough I know.

Thank goodness for the internet.  If they are not approved I don't take them anywhere and suggest they first look on the internet on houses and call a lender.  Once I have the name of your lender and the amount you are approved for, we will go look at houses.
