Mortgage Backed Securities are up +6  bps from yesterday’s close (4.0% coupon now @ 103.63) and the Stock Market is down -132.41 at 11,188.30 this morning. Initial Weekly Jobless Claims rose +5K to 417K. The Treasury Department will auction $29B worth of 7 Year Notes today. Oil is $83.59per barrel and Gold is $1,736.30 per ounce.
