Just listed today a unit at Paradise Pointe in Hollister MO, very close to Branson. The owners are selling because they have already purchased another condo and are not using this one. Most of Paradise Point has been sold to Blue Green Resort a timeshare company. This is the only building that is private, meaning that there are no rentals allowed. It was built in 2007 and the owners bought it new-they have hardly used this unit and it is like buying a brand new condo. Priced at $275,000 it is very comparable to one pending right now in the same building (building 8). This unit is number 203 which is walk in no steps!! Here's a picture of the outside of building 8- as you can see the construction of the building is concrete and steel with stucco and rock exterior, the owner says the utilities only run him $50 a month in the winter with the heat running, very nice quality!
