Renee, I am so happy to see what looks like a viable program making it's way to LV locals. Other than a NAHAC acronym it was refreshing to not see any attached here. A pidgeon hole is better than none at all!

Good job of giving folks data they may need to buy a home, refinance or whatever the case maybe. I find in Texas when there are programs the local agencies involved keep everything close to the vest and do not even return phone calls about the program or who qualifies or who does not qualify. I guess they give that information to their friends? It is very strande to me..
finally some much needed relief for Nevada!!! Thank you for posting this information!!!
Nice to see states coming through with help for distressed homeowners, too, not that the federal help really helped much.
