It's always nice to get a token of appreciation for our efforts. It isn't the money, but the gesture. But make sure you go out and by something completely impractical for yourself
After a stressful week of some of my valuable time going to waste, I pledge to take on the clients who are more serious about the transaction that I am.

There are those out there that do appreciate and value the service we provide. Good agents like you attract these kind of buyers..congratulations on living up to his expectations :).
That is the ultimate compliment. I had some clients do this for me and I will always remember how sweet that was. Great job Miss Marilyn.
You just never know what buyers are thinking and if they truly respect your time or not. Today I worked with some relocation clients who said I was the only Realtor who returned their call and seemed interested in working with them, they had called 5 with no response!
