Realtors have to overcome problems that arise during the transaction, run interference, stay on point with timelines all while balancing other daily tasks.  You have to really love real estate to be a full time REALTOR--which I do!

Searching for Lake Charles Homes takes time and energy and I am always ready for the task when a buyer needs me!  Sometimes we may write a contract that doesn't work either due to inspections or the Buyer cannot obtaining financing.  

To my surprise today I received a "Thank You" Card from a Lake Charles Buyer I worked with recently.  After viewing homes we  wrote a contract and completed documents via Docusign while he was on vacation in Mexico!  There were alot of texts and emails going back and forth for a few days!  It turns out his  home purchase did not work out  and we will try again in the future.

Today Instead of me giving a gift,I was on the receiving end of the gift!  The Lake Charles Buyer appreciated the time and effort and thanked me for going above and beyond the call of duty to help him and sent me a $50 American Express Gift Card! WOW now that's a nice surprise, I was only doing my job and going through the motions of getting my Buyer to the closing table.
