A Day Without Complaint. Is That Possible?
Well we’ll see. I vow that I will live this day without complaint both in the physical world and cyberspace. Nope, not a single one. That’s a tall order in the world for which we live and work and I hope I can pull it off.
Can you take a challenge and do the same? Are you up to the task?
SIDENOTE: Those who live to complain are excused from this challenge?

If some did not complain they would have nothing to say. As for me, I shall try, very hard.
Charita, It's something I have to watch myself for. Got home from a business trip late last night, expected there would be no one on the airport shuttle bus but me, but a full load, and I was the last stop in the parking lot. Part of my tired brain was in whine mode about the full bus and being last....and it's midnight and I've got a 45 minute drive home and still have to get up and go to work in the morning....but then the recalibration mode kicks in and remember, got a job, got home safe from two plane flights, everything is really fine....all just petty stuff that was stretching out the night :) Bill
Hi Charita-complaining is sometimes a form of venting-we all need to vent on occasion. I think it's normal as long as it's not continuously done.
I agree with Susan. I've had a very challenging week and if I wasn't able to vent, I think I would just about explode!
Charita, I know I will complain about the weather. We have had heavy rains for three weekends in a row. Now Irene is on her way.
Paula continuous complaining can definitely cause erosion.

It is normal Susan. I don't dispute that for one minute. I'm just committing to living this day without complain. This one day is all I'm asking for right now. Just one day. I think we can do that. Don't you?
We understand the vent and rightly so Nancy. No one wants to deny us that. But is it too much to ask to dedicate just one day to a day without complaint? Just one day.
If it were me Gita, I'd be praying rather than complaining, but I understand your point.

You go girl! I am with you 100%. I have a lady chasing me down to complain and I think start a fight. I am going to be nice and defuse the situation, as I just don't want to go there.

Good one Charita! I've had a few complainers coming after me this week with their whiny complaints and it's just weird to me. Kind of like a little kid jumping up and down screaming if they don't get what the want in a store. Shhhhhhhh! Stay on the positve side and good things will happen!

I'm up for the challenge... although there are many things to complain about it best not to. I always think that someone else maybe having it harder than me. BTW I love the song
