The Bryan - College Station Research Valley's Bio-Corridor is located along the intersection of Hwy 60 and Hwy 47. Most of the area is located along Raymond Stotzer Parkway however about 820 acres of the designated area is located on Hwy 47 which runs from The A&M College of Veterinary Medicine located on Hwy 60, past the newly built 100,000 sf A&M Health Science Center to Texas A&M Riverside Campus.

Research Valley Bio-corridor Bryan - College Station

The development of this corridor has been in the works for several years and it is planned to be an epicenter of biomedical technology to include research, clinical studies, & the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals, devices and vaccines.

Plans are also to include a town center with residential homes, retail locations and other mixed use developments.

With the twin cities of  Bryan - College Station still maintaining a hometown feel, the development of the Bio-Corridor will be a great boast to the local economy and a great place to live, work and play.

Bryan - College Station has always seen a large number of residents leave after completing their studies at Texas A&M only to see them want to return to this great community to carry out their professional career and raise their families. We also have a large number of retirees who want to return or remain in this thriving community due to the Aggie spirit, the great availability of medical services and the central location to larger cities such as Houston, Austin and Dallas.

For more information on this great development and on the growth of Bryan - College Station, please let us know.
