Survivor, Big Brother and The Amazing Race on Capital Hill

Last night while having dinner with family, not surprisingly, the conversation morphed into next year's Presidential race.  My family is all very conservative and we all cast our opinion as to who might end up being on each party's ticket.

Then I had an idea.......let's eliminate the standard election process all together!  I say, form a reality show where each respective Presidential candidate is put through a rigorous task of actually solving a problem on each episode.  There are no panel of judges.  The public gets to decide each week who's torch is extinguished or who gets booted off the island.  This would give the public a chance to actually SEE each candidate "at work" and their problem solving skills, rather than just hearing empty campaign promises!

So, who's got Mark Burnett's phone number?

I just decided to vote for you for President! You have an idea worth exploring which is certainly more than what we've received from other contenders. Do you need a Campaign Manager?

LOL, David!  I'd love you on my team!   My brother last night said, "give me 48 hours, and I'll have our mess cleaned up"  Thanks for your kind comments and have a great day!  :-)

I think its a wonderful idea and obvisly you would have split parties in the house but I think they should all have to eat slop all the time :) ( J )
