HELP ME!!! I'M NEW TO THE RAIN!!!

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Atlanta Partners

This is truly a new experience for me.  I used to be a "techy" when I was in corporate, but I've been out of the realm for seven years now.  So much has changed.  I don't know where to begin...How do I post listings to localism?  There are so many posts, where do I start?  What should my expectations be for participating in the AR community?  Questions...Questions....and more Questions...Help...I'm new to the RAIN!!!

Hi Jayme,

Be sure to join plenty of groups, there's everything from Realtors to Staging.  Read and read more.  You'll probably find it's like riding a bicycle, it will just come back to you.  Make comments on other peoples blogs and posts, and they will reciprocate.  Watch out, you will get hooked.

Aloha

Hi Jayme, and welcome!  Georgina gave you the best advice you can have, i.e., join Some groups related to your interests... and to blogging... and read, read, read.  That's the best way to learn in the rain.  But, when you hit a deadend, don't be afraid to ask questions either.  The knowledge and expertise of the helpful people on here is amazing.  Concerning posting your listings, Brad Andersohn wrote a great piece on that.  Here's the link.  Good luck and have fun.
