Tom Ferry Summit-- What YOU Missed!
The Tom Ferry Summit in Anaheim last week delivered big time! This was my 3rd Summit-- so you might think that I am sold on coaching, sold on Tom Ferry, drank the kool-aid, joined the cult, and that I'm ready to get on the spaceship.
This year was different. My husband went with me.
He is the biggest skeptic of "motivational" type events. He is serious non-believer. And yet, HE chose to go.
Not only did we have a great time in Anaheim but here is what you missed!
The theme of the event was "BREAK THE CYCLE"... get out of that rut you are in start producing, big time!
DAY 1 we were given a 100 Day challenge to complete by the end of the year. We made a committment to follow through on our specific daily goals for the next 100 DAYS. ( I will expand on this challenge in another post!)
DAY 2 we were encouraged to become an EXPERT. Consumers want someone who is an expert in their field. Whether that is short-sales, REO's, country club properties, first-time buyers, or investment properties. On Day 2, we also learned about writing an e-book, securing promotional partners, Geo-farming, and starting your own TV real estate show!
DAY 2 AFTERNOON: WHO IS RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS? Are you the CEO of your business? Are you the manager, or do you need one? Are you a producer?
DAY 3 KICKED OFF WITH KILLER LISTING PRESENTATION by Randy Ora. Randy did a mock presentation, handled objections, and ... he showed how to up the ante on the buyer's agent commission side to produce greater exposure, more showings for faster sales and higher sales prices! www.theoragroup.com.

- Calling Past Clients/Sphere
- Open Houses
