12 Comments on Brevard County Beachside Residential Properties for sale
Hi Sandy, your graph illustrates quite well that beachside properties in Brevard are not dominated by distressed sales. Have a great week!
Sandy - I can only dream of having statistics which demonstrate such a high percentage of normal sales, in comparison to bank owned and short sales. That's a nice little pie!
Hi Sandy,
Small % owned by banks which personally I think is a good sign. I like your chart as it is easy to read.
Happy Monday Silvia, Our beachside numbers look quite promising. Happy to see so few distressed properties.
Hey Myrl, It looks like a delicious pie, doesn't it? Unfortunately this is not representative of the surrounding areas of Brevard.
Hi Bob, I agree, this is a good sign for our beachside communities. Thanks, these graphs are so easy to make. Love the program. Have a great week.
That's a unique twist Sandy! It'll take some doing but a comparison seems in order. After all isn't it the beach which most buyers are seeking when they come to Florida? Go Melbourne Beach!
Kevin, These are some great numbers for our beachside, aren't they? We do get quite a number of buyers that come to Florida looking for beachside properties. Great idea, I'll have to make a comparison chart to see what our Brevard county cities look like side by side. Hope your open house was successful yesterday!
Sandy,
It looks like beachside properties far well. I heard in a market report on the overall real estate that if we could only make the coastlines bigger than real estate would rebound quicker. It looks like your graph supports that statement!
Yolanda, Interesting market report. You know they just aren't making anymore of that beachfront property, are they? LOL Our beachside properties have done well. This chart is a great representation of that.
Sandy, I like seeing a pie chart that shows almost 90% Regular Sales. It quickly and powerfully shows the dynamics of your market. Thank you for sharing and best wishes.
Hi Richard, It's good news for us here in our beachside communities. The pie charts are nice, as they show the market in a snapshot view.
Sandy, that's a solid statistic of a market that isn't driven by distressed sales. Great graphic!
Sandy,
Regular sales are 88% of the total. I think that bodes well and my guess that is an improvement over prior years? Distressed sales are not the main part of your market and that is very good news.
