Growing up in the area I would have thought moving to Wylie would not be the smartest move one could consider. Today Wylie is a growing and vibrant community with a neighborhood to meet everyone’s taste and lifestyle.  Wylie's school district hosts several new schools and high ratings with TEA, Texas Education Agency. Today’s open houses highlight 3 neighborhoods within the city of Wylie.

Top on the list is Collins Estates located in the vicinity of Wylie Community Park just minutes from FM544 or Hwy 78 with easy access to PGBT (190) and Firewheel Towne Center. Collins Estates homes were built by Paul Taylor in a limited neighborhood community.  Today’s open features 5 bedrooms, 4 ½ bath, 3 car garage and 2 stories. It is in the Wylie Independent School District.

Second on the list features an open in Meadowview Estates nearby Brown St and Ballard Avenue which Hwy 78 can be accessed from either one of these streets. This open house features 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 stories.
