The Age Old Dilemma of When to List
As Fall approaches, this is always a question. In the greater Wilmington area with prices still falling, the answer is clear - LIST NOW!

The Age Old Dilemma of When to List
I have had quite a few phone calls lately from would-be sellers who are trying to decide if they should list their home for sale now or wait until Spring.
Last time I checked, it is still in the upper 90’s in Denver and Old Man Winter is nowhere to be found. If the weather is holding you back, don’t give it a second thought.
My motto is always “Why put off till tomorrow what you can do today”.
The interest rates are still CRAZY low and home prices are stable in Denver. I’m not sure where Will put my crystal ball, so my advice is LIST NOW! Who knows what will happen by next Spring? Rates could go up and the real estate market could be volatile again. Jump on the band wagon now!
It is true that the Spring brings with it a flurry of activity, but there are still home buyers out there looking for their dream home right now – at the end of Summer. It may take slightly longer to get your home under contract, but it won’t take till next Spring.
Besides, there are so many folks who have the same mind-set of waiting until next Spring to list, there is actually less competition out there right now. Go for it sellers! Get those signs in the ground.
