SUNDAY BLESSINGS ~ WHAT WE TAKE FOR GRANTED!
I saw the movie "The Help" tonight after spending the weekend reading the book. What an outstanding MUST-READ for everyone! The message is so profound about how we treat one another. Being human goes far beyond what the color of our skin is or what our religion or nationality is.
Each of us can make a difference each and every day by doing the most simple things such as a genuine thank you, please and being courteous. Doesn't it seem that being polite is something that is so foreign these days? I believe we need to go back to the simple things such as good manners.
It costs nothing to say a kind thing or to help out a total stranger. We must be kind and we must recognize other people as worth and worthwhile. My blessings today are abundant. What I hope to pass along this week is more kindness and thoughtful words. May you each have a beautiful week ahead.
