Ballantyne Homes

Just incase you are not familiar with this part of South Charlotte, here is a little information. Ballantyne is located 15-20 minutes outside of uptown Charlotte and Just down the road from Matthews. Homes in the area range from the 100K to well over 5 million dollars. Ballantyne has a natural mix of cluster, new construction, and executive homes as well as a healthy mix of town-homes and condos. Ballantyne has all kinds of new shopping, dining and mixed use developments. My 3 favorite neighborhoods in Ballantyne are South Hampton Commons , Ardrey Woods, and Bridgehampton.
