Want to buy a Disney Vacation Club Resale?

It's hard to believe the Holidays are closing in on us already. It seems the older I get the faster time flies by. Are you thinking about presents yet?

Well, if you are, here's an idea for you. Did you know that Disney World in Orlando Fl. has a vacation ownership resort? In fact, they have several of them in Florida including the Disney Vacation Club in Lake Buena Vista Fl.

Now I'm not an expert on the Disney Vacation Club (DVC), BUT my family is. So, what I would do if I wanted to get some information on the Disney Vacation Club, I'd contact Kinn "DVC" Tutas, my younger bro' or Jaki "Grandma" Tutas, my mother and see what they have to say. They've been doing this stuff for 11 years and are experts at it. Me? I just write stuff and try to send them business. They pay me for this.....can you believe it?

Hi,

I would love to buy a time share as a prize for top selling agent next month. Can you guide me to an Orlando area unit.

i am only looking to pay under $10,000.

i want something that the winner will like. Do you have any ideas? Which areas are best? Do any of these things hold their value? Any help you could give me would be apreciated.

Bruce that's actually a pretty good idea. Disney works on a point systen and is one of the only resorts I know of that holds value and can actually increase. It's because they have a first right of refusal on all resales. They don't allow the prices to go down.

Either my brother Kinn or my mom will sned you and email and answer any questions you may have.

You mentioned above that your mother pays you for drumming up her business. That is terrible!! You should be such a kind, grateful son, that you work for nothing!! What kind of upbringing did you have? After all, you are from the South and all kids born there are taught good manners and that mothers are always to be respected and honored. Shame on you. "Free" (what part of that word to you not understand?) would work!! Your ever loving Mom. P.S. I do forgive you since you are my favorite son. (Gotta keep you happy by polishing the apple or you'll quit blogging).
