Earlier this month VHDA increased the income limits for Loudoun County, VA. All VHDA first time homebuyer loans have maximum income and maximum sales price and loan limits based on the geographic area in which the home is located. VHDA programs are limited to first time buyers which are defined as borrowers who have never owned a home or have not owned a home in the last three years.
You can see the Federal Targeted Area Limits by clicking here.
VHDA offers a variety of loans such as conventional, FHA, VA, Rural Development and FHA Plus. To get a look at the features and benefits of the different programs just mentioned you can view the specific VHDA webpage.
