Tonight my only a few years old BMW failed on a major intersection. The alternator went out and the car turned off in the middle of the road. I was nervous about getting hit. Right away, a man came to my rescue and enlisted the assistance of 2 other men to push my car to safety.
I got out to thank them and the wife of one asked me if I was new to the area - told her I was and she gave me her business card - she is an agent! I then recognized her from the grocery store yesterday where I heard her networking with a potential buyer in the check out line. This gal is gooooooooodddddddd! Every real estate agent should take notes from her as her style is so natural and helpful that even I wanted to work with her and I am an agent as well.
