Answer: A real estate broker is someone with at least two years experience who has completed an advanced course of study. A broker's license is issued by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission only, after a licensee has fulfilled all requirements including advanced testing.
Question: Just how is the Oklahoma real estate market?
Answer: I get asked this question every couple of weeks. There seems to be a "scare" that a "bubble" is bursting! My answer is the same today, as it was a year ago....REAL ESTATE IN OKLAHOMA IS GOOD!" There will always a boom somewhere, yeah, we do see slow downs and adjustments. We continue to see values go up, maybe not as rapidly, as they once went up, but that varies within counties, cities, even neighborhoods!
