"One who goes on an errand" is the hebrew interpretation of an ambassodor.  You may wear an "R"..the hardest working letter in the alphabet. But even though you may not have the legs for cheerleading, you are a cheerleader...for your hometown.  On the road, brag up how lucky you are to live in your hometown.  Take along chamber of commerce brochures.  Educate folks about where you hail from.  You may be the only person they meet from your town. In your home and office place, promote your town.  On your blogs, your advertising, your conversation....be excited about your hometown.  Join your civic groups, get involved in your community and do all you can to make it an even better place to live.active rain, hometown, mooers realty, maine  Active Rain is an excellent forum thru your blogs to put your hometown on the planet.  As you read thru any of our blogs, you get a sense of where this person is from, what their area is like, how it is similiar or different than where you live.  Regardless of whether you are a real estate broker, banker, stager, or service provider, whatever you do, promote and belive in your hometown.
