I enjoyed a movie called The Help. I usually read up on things but not too much as I want to have a full experience. I had this down for a possible and when my wife signaled me it was movie time, this was playing. It started out just a little slow when all of a sudden, it had wings and never came down after that. Pleasant journey into the subject matter

EMOTIONAL ROLLER COASTER

Your emotions are in for a treat. They will be PUSHED and PULLED so don't fight it. Instead go along with it and the audience will help you do just that. There are times when you will laugh out loud and times when you can hear the tears rolling down the cheeks with sniffles

THE SOUTH DELIVERS FOR PREJUDICE STORIES

I have always been intrigued with stories from the South and how prejudice makes itself known via hypocrisy. this movie will give you good helpings of the subject matter with enough to hold your attention and at times vote against bigotry and injustice.

CAPTURED THE TIME

You will like how they replicated the period with furniture, cars, music, food and clothing styles as well as the dialog too. You are transported with no effort back to that time and place.

IT'S A CHICK FLICK

However, it appeals to all who watch it and leaves no one out of the experience. You get a nice glimpse into the world of women who know how to handle each other both for the good and the bad. Women know women well

TREAT YOURSELF..INDULGE

As always, it isn't not a full movie experience unless you have movie popcorn (the best) and some candy. My candy choice was Butterfingers, chocolate covered almonds and caramel chews. I snuck in the last two. When you mix these with the popcorn, you are transported to a place where there is no wrong. Very nice.
