Online social networks, Web 2.0, real estate blogs, podcats; all of these new tools and so many ways to use them.  With all of these new technologies, how do you create a marketing buzz?  More importantly, how do go viral and attract clients and listing from every corner of your community?

I don't pretend to have the answer.  However,  I spend a lot of my time trying to find peers who have expertise in viral marketing so that I can incorporate it into 4MySales as well as share it with all of you.  In that vein, I have found a couple of new blogs that may provide additional insight into how we can use real estate blogs, REALTOR podcasts, and these wonderful social networks to attract clients and grow our businesses.

The two blogs are WordsThatSpreadQuickly by Todd Tweedy and BuzzBoodle by Ron McDaniel.  Both blogs deal with viral marketing, and Todd's blog specially details how new technologies can be used to create a viral buzz.  Neither of these blogs have anything to do with realty, but check them out if you want more insight into how Web 2.0 can be used to close more sales.

If you've found those blogs, you've surely come across Seth Godin as well. If you haven't, he is great with viral marketing. The guy who started our company and one of the founders of ActiveRain, Jonathan is always sending me blogs from Godin to check out.

Thanks for the resources. The great thing about viral marketing is that it really stretches the advertising budget. With technology constantly creating more ways to deliver a message, viral marketing will have more and more impact.
