Debbie...a little secret between just you and me...my oldest daughter does all my videos (including the voice overs), ;-) No way I could find the time with everything else going on.

One at a time Craig until they are all covered...it's a labor of love. HA.

Larry/Sheila...there are, typically in older parts of town. Lots of buyers prefer those homes too because the lots can be large and many are single story ranch style.
