Bank Of America Loan Modifications

One thing you should know about loan modifications with Bank Of America . . is that getting it approved is not something that happened in a matter of days.. .most loan modifications take between 3-6 months for getting it approved.

The most disheartening thing for a lot of homeowners is that after all this time. . there still the possibility that after a full 6 months of long wait, you may still get rejected. It is extremely recommended that you fill all the required papers as asked by the negotiator. Do not miss a single piece of document because that will only delay your case much further. .

Being patient is a virtue when doing a loan modification with Bank Of America.

Fernando, we need to trade books!  But mine is old enough that it doesn't have any short sale or foreclosure information.  Time for a second edition!

I think being patient is always a virtue, but some of the posts I've been reading about short sales and Bank of America indicate that being comatose for six months might also be a virtue. lol

If your looking for a HARP refi, look at your local credit union. In most cases they can save you a lot.
