Paul and Susan walked into my open house in Cobblestone Farms with some friends of theirs and we immediately went on a house hunt. We saw a handful of houses, wrote an offer, and then we came across this beauty of a house in Rancho El Dorado in Maricopa. It was love at first sight. This Fannie Mae single story house was move-in ready and fully landscaped so I told them to prepare themselves for multiple offers. The weekend came and we were left hoping that no one else would put in an offer while we waited for the bank to respond. The listing agent told me that following Monday that surprisingly a ton of people looked at the house but when they heard there was already an offer no one put an offer in. We were sooooo lucky.
