Generally-speaking, people have negative customer service/tech support experiences and are rightfully vocal about their experiences. The old adage is that bad news moves fast and that is very true.

Recently, I had a very positive experience with technical support; specifically Kodak tech support and I just had to be vocal about that!

I have a ESP Office6150 on my desk and use a MacBook Pro. No one could get the printer/scanner to recognize MacBooks' and, as a result, we had these dormant machines sitting around the office like old soldiers waiting for their pensions.

After trying to figure it out using my meagre technical resources (i.e, me...) I contacted Kodak for help. Jaci from Kodak responded and was extremely gracious and efficient in walking me through what I needed to do in order to get my printer/scanner up and running. It was actually quite easy and I'm thankful for Jaci's patience.

After that great experience I have a fully-functioning machine that works excellently. Kudos' to Jaci and Kodak and to support people everywhere who approach their job with professionalism and courtesy. Unsung heroes!
