The day begins and the sun it shines. The morning glistens with beauty as if to say “everything will be OK”. I go through the motions of the day like any other. As I walk across the front lawn covered with fallen leaves of autumn, I hear the crumbling sound under my feet. I’m taken back by the beautiful blue sky as a robin softly soars and catches my eye. The thought comes to me, did I stop and pray? Family members that I love and dear friends that I love as well are going through some of life’s trials. I wish I had the power to take this pain away for each of them. But, for now I will put it in His hands and pray.
As you are going about your morning, your day or your evening. May I please ask that you stop for a moment and say a prayer for a dear friend and his family. Please read: A Day of Clarity for My Family by Jason Crouch, Broker-Austin Texas Real Estate Jason's Mother-in-law is in the hospital, with his dear wife by her side. Please pray for them to have peace, comfort and to be well rested. I will leave it to Jason to share any further information as he wishes, with each of you.
Also another dear friend Diane Rice who posted Pray for California has a son in California who is affected by the fires. Her last update on 10/23/07 was that she was waiting word from him. Please pray for Diane, her son, and all the many others affected by the California fires.
Please keep Karen George in your prayers as well. She is a lady of strength and we all need to keep our voices loud in her fight for cancer. Her Story will touch every bit of your heart and soul.
