Julie, thanks for keeping our dear friend Jason in our prayers.  He has certainly been having a tough time lately with his family.

Good Morning Julie,
What a wonderful way to start my day, this is beautiful and from your heart.  There are so many members affected by the California fires directly and indirectly.  At any given time, members have sick family members, death in their family, loved ones in Iraq and loved ones in trouble of some kind.  Thank you for reminding me and others that we need to include our AR family in our  prayers.

Brian: You are welcome!  I figure the more prayers that are said, the louder it will get and hopefully soon, Jason and his family will be comforted in someway. 

Cynthia: Good Morning to you too!  It's truly a great morning to see your name.  I hope you and your family have had that burden lifted since you had that horrible experience with your car being vandalized.  Are you doing better?  You are so right.  Our AR family does need to be remembered in our prayers.  It serves as a constant reminder that miles across the way, a voice needs to be heard and the hope be given that all will be OK.

Thanks for this reminder tht no matter how good or bad things seem for us that there are others who have it BAD....I cannot imagine what is really happening in CA.  I spoke to my sister yester, who lives in Orange county on the the border of San Diego county and she says the air is so thick with smoke it's hard to breath.  Fortunately the fires have not affected her area yet.  So many people homeless/jobless in this situation...and prayer is about the only thing will help solve the problems!

Mary: Thank you for sharing your insight with us. I'm so glad that your sister hasn't been affected by the fires.  It breaks my heart to think there are so many people wavering about without their homes.  It serves as a constant reminder to be grateful for every wall that surrounds us in our home and never, ever take it for granted. 

Thanks for the reminder, Julie.  You just never know what another person is going through.

Good Morning Julie! - I truly appreciate what you've done from your heart here.  Yes, my son is fine, and i was grateful to be directed to Jason's post to read it and pray for him.

As a result of your thoughtfulness, others were steered to the prayer post, and i believe more of us can become bonded to pray.  This gesture of yours is to be highly commended, and i will not forget it!  What love and kindness you have always shown toward me here....  thank you so much.... you have truly blessed me. 

Now, let me pray for you today:  Father, in the name of Jesus, i lift Julie up to you and ask that YOU would refill her as she has emptied out.  I pray that YOU'd meet the needs she has today and confirm it so it will become clear to her that it is YOU!  As she goes throughout her day, let the peace of GOD reign in her heart as YOU grant her the desires from it, amen.

Every morning.....and night I can not think of a better way to say thank you to the Lord.  No matter where I am or who I am with, that time of prayer is the most important part of my day.

I know no matter where I am in my life.....there are others who need my prayer.

I see a lot of Rainers helping one another and praying for one another.  Count me in.

Julie- I have Jason and his family in my prayers. Your post reminds me of one of my favorite hymns, " Did you Think to Pray" 

Er' you left your room this morning, did you think to pray? In the name of Christ our Savior, Did you sue for loving favor as a shield today? Oh how praying rests the weary, Prayer will change the night to day, so when life gets dark and dreary, Don't forget to pray.

Katerina:  Thank you for praying for our friends. That hymn is truly beautiful.  That is one of my favorites as well.  It's hard not to really listen to those words.  When we have been singing that song in church, it always puts a lump in my throat.
