It is all about attitude. I am a very observant person and noticing some exciting changes within my office.
The main change is attitude. Instead of complaining about how poor the market is and how we cannot change any of the mix, our office is taking a proactive approach to getting us into a profitable stance. Yes we will be cutting a few corners and tightening our belts, however, I am noticing how we are rallying around each other and offering our support and words of encouragement instead of doubt.
I am actually excited to go to work in the mornings. I can't wait to try what we are learning and sharing the success stories that we have. The best way to march is forward and join forces to get there. What a great beginning to a new success story. I am proud to be a part of this new breed of agents! Call me Lucky!
