As I was listening to one of the financial networks a story on the weakening U.S. dollar caught my attention.  It seems that European currency is so much stronger now than our dollar that it only takes approx .77 cents to equal one U.S. dollar.  The Canadian was approx %1.60 to each U.S. dollar and is now about " even" !  All of this means that our housing market is much more attractive to foreign buyers/investors.  I did a little research and found the following FREE website for international exposure. Bill, you have the right Idea, and your location is a real magnet for the foreign investor.  My husband and I are trying find ways to attract the same to us. Where you have warm weather and great beaches and accessible airports, we on the other hand are located in central Texas, in College Station.  Our strength of attraction to these buyers is the fact that we are Texas A&M, which is looking to grow, so student housing of all types is an excellent investment for the long term.   Now that I've tooted my horn enough, here are some sites that might be useful.   www.internationalagentweb.com   www.fusedworld.com  www.ired.com   At this time we are not doing anything there, since we want to wait until my husband has his license and we can then market his language skills.  So in the meantime I just try to continue to build my business on a local level.  Good Luck
