HRCA Mountain Biking Race Series (all ages)

Race #1: Thursday, September 8, 2011

Time: Races start at 3:30 p.m. for High School Students A & B.
         Races start at 5:00 p.m. for Adult A & B. 

Location: Start/Finish is up the dirt trail behind Mountain Vista High School, west of Red Tail Park

Fee: $25 for early registration for adults / $15 for High School Students
$30 for race day for adults / $20 for High School Students
$80 for the entire series

Registration:  eventbrite.com - Registration is now open!!  Online registration is available by clicking this link.  You may also register at any of the HRCA Recreation Centers or by mailing in the registration form with payment.  Early registration closes at noon the day before the race.  Registration is availble on race day at the race site.  Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your start time to register. 

The temperature is finally getting cooler but the trails are getting hotter, which can mean only one thing…It’s Mountain Bike Race Season! Come join the HRRS and other mountain bike enthusiasts for the 2nd annual Fall Mountain Bike race series in Highlands Ranch. Utilizing the HRCA Backcountry and Douglas County trail systems, the races and courses are designed to accommodate all ability levels. Races are held on Thursday evenings starting on September 8. Sign up prior to the first race and get all four races for $80 bucks!

In conjunction with Rock Canyon High School, this mountain bike race series will consist of four Thursday night races.  Participate in one or the entire series. 

Mountain Bike Race Series Description

Parking is available at Rock Canyon High School.  To get to the start/finish line you can either ride the DouglasCounty trail heading east and then north or take Monarch Blvd and McArthur Ranch Road to the trail head. Please arrive with plenty of time to find your way to the start line.  Map

Parking will be available in the Rock Canyon High School for the Bluff Circuit Race, and Mountain Vista High School for the other 3 races.
