Why convey the mineral rights? Most do not... and the small fees they are getting now could grow. Do they know something we dont?

Tom- Thank you for your response.... Every situation is different... Due diligence is really important.

I have researched some properties for an investment group that I am apart of and have found properties with the mineral rights. Fortunately, my group has the resources to perform the appropriate due diligence.
