More Information for Homeowners Facing Foreclosure....

By
Real Estate Agent with Aubrey and Associates Realty

There are a lot of homeowners not only in the Cedar City Real Estate Market, but all across the country facing foreclosure.  One of the big problems is that homeowners have no idea what to do once they find themselves in this situation.  The purpose of writing these blogs to provide information to help people in this situation.  The list that I have put in this post is a list of items that the homeowner will need to put together prior to talking to their mortgage company, realtor or anyone else that they are having help them.

In some sense this post probably should have been placed prior to the past two posts on the options available to homeowners in this situation.  The reason that I didn't put this one first was that I wanted people to understand that they have options available to them.  Once they understand that, this is the next step. As with the other posts, you can talk to a realtor about this situation.  Here in the Cedar City area, please call either Darcy or me, we really would love to help.  Here is the link: http://www.livingincedarcity.com/?p=3186

Hello Tony & Darcy and thanks for the information and all these Foreclosures are a crying shame, and I think the ones responsible for these problems should be sent to jail.

Tony,

Great post about what people are facing.  Like Joshua I read that the government is suing the banks. We don't know if that will help anyone, except the attorneys. LOL A

Bob, It is true that someone should do jail time over this mess.

Joshua, I don't know what that will solve, many are out of business and the others took TARP money from the government.  I think that it is just a show to try to gain political momentum.

Alexandra, I really think that there is more politics than anything else to the lawsuit.
