What is success? Devin, a co-worker of mine told me he saw a sign at a local sandwich shop recently to the tune of "success is what your kids say about you when you're not around."
Now, even if you don't have kids this is still very relatable. What are others saying about you as a person, professionally and personally? Are you confident that they would praise you or would you cringe in anticipation as to what would slide across their lips? While we can't control how some perceive or speak of us, we can still do our damnedest to uphold our own integrity and morale. Don't ever let the haters bring you down! Rise above and soar!
