I absolutly love Temecula and the Murrieta area.  I have been here for 10 years. ( before we even had a MALL).I saw great investement opportunities and actually purchased land in De Luz and built a spec home in La Cresta. Didn't quite make the bank roll I wanted but I 'm greatful that it sold.  Yipee.  I currently live in the heart of TEMECULA , Meadowview, where we built our home. We have a mall now.  I dont think there's an area here I haven't been through.  If you have clients that might be looking to move to our area I would be more than happy to be your point of contact for information.
